Cylon Rolling Acres is a grass-based farm in Western Wisconsin where the Svacina family raises grass-fed meat goats using rotational grazing and regenerative farming practices.

Farming alongside nature is at the core of how the family raises its livestock while working to improve the soil and ecosystem where the farm is situated. Cylon Rolling Acres has been recognized for their work by the Nature Conservancy in Wisconsin.

The grass-fed goat meat is sold online as packaged cuts of meat (stew meat/curry cubes, ground, leg, shanks, chops, roasts), organ meat, bones, as well as sausage and gyro. The farm also offers a quarterly Farm Club subscription box. Orders ship nationwide.
