Feature on the Hardcore Carnivore TV Show
I have BIG news I can finally share with you! It’s been over a year since I had to be quiet about it, but the time has come to share the news.
Our farm, Cylon Rolling Acres, and goat meat will be featured in the brand-new tv show, Hardcore Carnivore on the Outdoor Channel! The show runs on Mondays at 8:30 p.m. CST.
The show is hosted by Jess Pryles, an Aussie who now calls Texas home. She’s a live fire expert who loves to cook and eat meat. In Hardcore Carnivore she travels the country to meet up with folks (like us!) to learn about different proteins. Jess also has a cookbook and product line with the same name Hardcore Carnivore.
Scott and I had such a fun time hosting Jess, the director Hayden, along with the rest of the filming crew. I can’t wait to watch the episode. I’ll share more later on how this came to be and our experience!
