Enjoy this flavorful pizza as a fun twist on birria. It's great for a Friday night or any time for that matter.
Crust of your choice – scratch, premade
1 cup birria goat stew meat – recipe here
1-2 cups of birria broth – from same recipe as stew
1-2 cups mozzarella cheese
1 cup cotija cheese
Fresh cilantro
½ cup onion, chopped
Make Goat Birria Stew (recipe here)
Prepare pizza crust based on crust instructions. I will make mine from scratch, but a pre-made crust or ready-to-cook crust works great too!
Take 1 cup of birria broth and simmer it to thicken to make the sauce. Once it is thickened, spread on the crust.
Layer on cheese and birria goat meat
