This goat burger is full of flavor with garlic, feta cheese and Greek seasoning. It's perfectly topped with tzatziki sauce, along with lettuce, tomato and red onions.
1 lb. ground goat meat
¾ tsp. Greek seasoning
¾ tsp. oregano
2 tsp. minced garlic in water
¼ cup feta cheese (full fat)
½ tsp. sea salt
½ cucumber chopped
8 oz. Greek yogurt, or sour cream
1 tbs. lemon juice
½ tsp. sea salt
1 tsp. dried dill, or 1 tbs. fresh dill, chopped
2 ½ tsp. minced garlic in water
Buns or flat bread – your choice
Lettuce
Tomato
Red Onion
Mix ground goat meat with the Greek seasoning, oregano, salt and garlic
Gently mix in the feta cheese
Form four burger patties
Grill on high heat for about five minutes on each side until crispy on the outside and pink in the middle
Finely chop cucumber, set aside
Mix yogurt and lemon juice together
Mix in cucumber and garlic
Mix in salt, pepper and dill
Chill for 5-10 minutes before serving
Assemble your burger on your bun of choice, top with tzatziki, onion lettuce and tomato.
