Enjoy these flavorful garlic rosemary goat burgers with fresh garlic aioli.
1 lb. ground goat
½ tsp. rosemary, dried
½ tsp. sea salt
½ tsp. pepper
1 tsp. minced garlic in water
Buns - your choice
Lettuce
Tomato
¾ cup mayonnaise
4 tsp. minced garlic in water
2 tsp. Dijon mustard
2 tsp. fresh rosemary, chopped
1 tbs. lemon juice
Mix ground goat meat with rosemary, salt, pepper and minced garlic
Form four burger patties
Grill on high heat for about five minutes on each side until crispy on the outside and pink in the middle.
Whisk all ingredients together
Chill before serving
Assemble your burger on your bun of choice, top with aioli, lettuce and tomato.

I got my first shipment of goat from you and had to try the ground goat for burgers. It was a toss up between the garlic/rosemary or greek style burgers since I had all the ingredients on hand for either of them. But because I use rosemary and garlic often in cooking, I decided to switch it up and go for the greek.burgers on the grill. They turned out awesome! I would definitely make those again, but now I’m anxious to try other herb blends and also just plain so I know what the goat actually tastes like! Thanks, I’m looking forward to experimenting with my variety pack of goat meat.
